Abstract

U diplomskom radu prikazan je slučaj mikobakterioze. Histološkom pretragom utvrđena je granulomatozna upala bubrega i slezene. U izravnim otiscima i histološkim preparatima oba organa, obojanim Ziehl-Neelsen metodom utvrđene su acidorezistentne bakterije.

Abstract (english)

This paper describes a case of mycobacteriosis. Histological examination revealed granulomatous inflammation within kidney and spleen. Ziehl-Neelsen stained imprints and histological sections of both organs demonstrated acid-fast bacteria.
