Abstract

U ovom diplomskom radu prikazano je kako se zakonodavstvo u podrucju hrane
životinjskog podrijetla dinamicno mijenjalo unutar Europske zajednice. Ovaj rad je prikazao
kljucne aspekte i ciljeve na kojima je Europska zajednica temeljila svoje propise o sigurnosti
hrane i nacin na koji je Europski parlament i Vijece ostvarilo te ciljeve kroz Uredbe koje su
izravno primjenjive na sve države clanice. U drugom dijelu ovog diplomskog rada, prikazan
je nacin na koji je Republika Hrvatska nakon ulaska u Europsku zajednicu prisvojila i
implementirala Europsku legislativu o sigurnosti hrane u svoje Zakone i pravilnike. Nadalje
opisani su postupci i obveze vlasnika životinja, subjekata u poslovanju s hranom, nadležnih
tijela i institucija.

Abstract (english)

This thesis shows how the legislation in the field of animal origin food,
dynamically transmission within the European community. This work presenting key
aspects and objectives on which the European community based its regulations on food
safety and the way in which the European Parliament and the Council achives these
objectives throught the Regulation that are directly applicable in all member states.
Second part of this thesis show the way how Republic Croatia after joining the European
Union appropriated and implemented European legislation of food safety in its law and
regulations. Futher describing methods and other obligations of animals owners, operators
in food bussines, authorities and institutions.
