Abstract
U diplomskom radu prikazale su se zakonske i druge pravne odredbe koji ureduju postupanja u držanju i prometu pcela te kontroli i sprjecavanju bolesti pcela. Navedene su obaveze posjednika pcela i veterinara, veterinarskih organizacija i inspekcije. Opisan je promet pcela te posjedovanje potrebne dokumentacije. Isto tako opisane su bolesti regulirane zakonom i metode sprjecavanja istih.
Abstract (english)
The thesis display the statutory and other legal provisions governing the handling and transport of keeping bees, control and prevention of bee diseases. These are obligations of owners of bees, veterinarians, veterinary organizations and inspections. Described the circulation of bees and possession of the necessary documentation. Also described are diseases regulated by law, and the methods of preventing them.
