Abstract

Nasljedni neuromuskulatorni poremećaji, kao što im i samo ime kaže uključuju genetiku, živčani sustav i mišićni sustav, te nasljednu grešku u jednoj stavci, koja posljedično uzrokuje poremećaje u preostale dvije stavke. Ovisno o tom kolika je greška u prvoj stavci, nasljednoj, ovisi težina poremećaja u preostale dvije. Miastenija gravis, kongenitalna paraliza laringsa, maligna hipertemija, exercise induced collaps, mitohondralne miopatije, degenerativne mijelopatije, Musladin-Lueke sindrom i Scotty cramp su poremećaji koji smo opisali u ovom diplomskom radu. Osim što im je razlika u uzroku, posljedično tome oni se razlikuje u težini i terapiji. Uzrok i patogeneza nekih od ovih poremećaja još je nepoznata.

Abstract (english)

Hereditary neuromuscular disorders, such as their name suggest include genetics, nervous system and muscular system, and hereditary fault in one item, which consequently causes disturbances in the two other items. Depending on how the error in the first paragraphs, hereditary, dependent weight disorders in the remaining. Myasthenia gravis, congenital laryngeal paralysis, malignant hyperthermia, exercise induced collaps, mitochondrial myopathy, degenerative myelopathy, Musladin-Lueke syndrom and Scotty cramp disorders that we described in this thesis. In addition to their differences in the sample, they can consequently vary in severity and therapy. The cause and pathogenesis of some of these disorders is still unknown.
