Abstract

Fiziologija sporta je grana fiziologije, koja proučava utjecaj vježbe na mišićni, koštani, kardiovaskularni i respiratorni sustav, na metabolizam, enzime, krvne i biokemijske parametre, u odnosu na fiziološke parametre i građu. U ovom su diplomskom radu, osim samih odgovora pojedinih anatomskih sustava na pojačanu fizičku aktivnost, prikazane i osnove anatomije i fiziologije mišićnog i koštanog sustava kao glavnih sudionika u fizičkim aktivnostima. Od životinja sportaša najznačajniji su sportski konji, hrtovi za utrke, psi koji vuku saonice te psi za agility i flyball. Za svaku sportsku životinju potrebno je imati individualni trenerski program i prilagođenu prehranu.

Abstract (english)

Sports physiology is a branch of physiology that studies the impact of exercise on the muscular, skeletal, cardiovascular and respiratory systems, metabolism, enzymes, blood and biochemical parameters. In this graduate thesis, in addition to the responses of individual anatomical systems to physical activity and exercise, the basics of anatomy and physiology of the muscular and skeletal system as the main participants in physical activities are presented. The most important animal athletes are sport horses, race dogs, sled dogs and dogs for agility and flyball. For each sports animal, it is necessary to have an individual training program and balanced nutrition.
