Abstract

Cilj rada bio je opisati mogućnosti i metode fizikalne terapije i rehabilitacije koje se upotrebljavaju kod pacijenata sa bolestima kostiju i zglobova.
U prvom dijelu pobliţe su opisani znaĉaj i cilj provedbe same rehabilitacije i fizikalne terapije. Detaljno je objašnjeno koji su pacijenti prikladni za tretman fizikalne terapije ta kako se provodi priprema pacijenta sa ortopedskom bolesti za fizikalnu terapiju (uzimanje detaljne anamneze, opći fizikalni pregled, ortopedski pregled). Nuţno je prije planiranja terapije i provoĊenja tretmana jasno odrediti cilj, mogućnosti oporavka pacijenta i procijeniti vrijeme trajanja lijeĉenja. Pritom je vaţno razmišljati o dostupnosti pojedinih metoda fizikalne terapije.
U drugom dijelu pregledno je prikazana podjela svih metoda fizikalne terapije. Krioterija, elektroterapija, terapijski ultrazvuk, hidroterapija i razliĉiti tipovi vjeţbi u sklopu tretmana fizikalne terapije, njihov fiziološki uĉinak, naĉin i svrha primjene te indikacije i kontraindikacije za njihovu upotrebu. Kod svih terapijskih metoda naglašeno je vrijeme i intenzitet izvoĊenja te moguće komplikacije.
Konaĉno je praktiĉno prikazana i upotreba pojedinih tretmana rehabilitacije i fizikalne terapije na odreĊenim najuĉestalijim primjerima ortopedskih ozljeda ili uroĊenih stanja u kliniĉkoj praksi. Za svako pojedino patološko stanje naveden je naĉin i redoslijed primjene pojedine vjeţbe te svrha njihove primjene u pojedinaĉnom sluĉaju, te njihov utjecaj na bolju prognozu i oporavak pacijenta.

Abstract (english)

The purpose of this graduate thesis was to describe the methods of physical therapy and rehabilitation in patients with orthopedic disease.
The first part discusses the importance and purpose of implementation of rehabilitation and physical therapy. Detailed explanation is given of which patients are suitable for the treatment of physical therapy and how the orthopedic patient is prepared for physical therapy (taking a detailed anamnesis, general physical examination, orthopedic examination). Before beginning to planning therapy and treatment, it is necessary to clearly define the goal and value the patients recovery potential, and estimate the duration of treatment. It is important to think about the availability of some methods of physical therapy.
The second part clearly shows the division of all methods of physical therapy. Cryoterapy, electrotherapy, therapeutic ultrasound, hydrotherapy and various types of exercises in the treatment of physical therapy, their physiological effect, the manner and purpose of use of these indications and contraindications for their use. In all therapeutic methods, during the time and intensity of performing, complications are possible.
Finally, the use of some treatments for rehabilitation and physical terapy on certain orthopedic injuries or genetic states in clinical practise is practically demonstrated. For each individual pathological condition, the manner and order of the application of an individual exercise and the purpose of their application in the individual case are listed, as well as their effect on better prognosis and recovery of the patient.
