Abstract

Veterinarska klinika je tip veterinarske organizacije koja klijentima i njihovim životinjama
nudi široku paletu usluga na vrlo visokoj razini. Tijekom planiranja naše buduće veterinarske
klinike moramo voditi računa ne samo o našim željama i mogućnostima, nego i o minimalnim
uvjetima propisanim pravilnikom. U pravilniku se nalaze minimalni uvjeti koje svaka
veterinarska klinika mora zadovoljavati. To uključuje prostor, opremu, izgled, sastav
zaposlenika, opće uvjete poslovanja itd. Nakon što smo detaljno proučili pravilnik moramo
pronaći adekvatan poslovni prostor, odgovarajuće kvadrature i lokacije. Nakon toga moramo
adaptirati prostor kako bi bio u skladu s pravilnikom i potrebama poslovanja. Poslije
adaptacije slijedi opremanje klinike opremom i to je apsolutno najveći trošak. Bez djelatnika
naša klinika ne može funkcionirati tako da pozorno trebamo izabrati najbolje kandidate koji
udovoljavaju minimalnim uvjetima. Marketing je danas neizostavni dio bilo kojeg poslovanja
i on podrazumijeva profile na društvenim mrežama i web stranicu. Na taj način najbolje ćemo
se plasirati na tržište i privući nove klijente.

Abstract (english)

A veterinary clinic is a type of veterinary organization that offers clients and their animals a
wide range of services at a very high level. During the planning of our future veterinary clinic,
we must take into account not only our wishes and possibilities, but also the minimum
conditions set by the ordinance. The ordinance contains the minimum requirements that every
veterinary clinic must meet. This includes space, equipment, appearance, composition of
employees, general business conditions, etc. After studying the regulations in detail, we must
find adequate office space, appropriate square footage and location. After that, we have to
adapt the space to comply with the regulations and business needs. The adaptation is followed
by equipping the clinic with equipment and this is the absolute biggest cost. Without staff, our
clinic cannot function, so we need to carefully choose the best candidates who meet the
minimum requirements. Today, marketing is an indispensable part of any business and it
includes profiles on social networks and a website. In this way, we will best place ourselves
on the market and attract new customers.
