Abstract
Aritmije su poremećaji u ritmu srčanog rada koje se dijagnosticiraju elektrokardiografom što nam pokazuje odstupanje od normalnog srčanog rada i uključuje poremećaje u frekvenciji i pravilnosti srčane akcije. U ovom radu upoznajemo se sa anatomijom srčanog provodnog sustava te o fiziološkom načinu njezinog rada, raspravljamo o pravilnom načinu provođenja dijagnostike pomoću elektrokardiograma te o interpretaciji dobivenog nalaza. Obrađujemo najučestalije aritmije te njihova karakteristična obilježja na EKG-u te objašnjavamo najučestalije skupine lijekova koje se koriste prilikom liječenja aritmija.
Abstract (english)
Arrhythmias are disturbances in the rhythm of the heart's work, which are diagnosed by an electrocardiograph, which shows us a deviation from the normal heart's work and includes disturbances in the frequency and regularity of the heart's action. In this paper, we get acquainted with the anatomy of the cardiac conduction system and the physiological way it works, we discuss the correct way of conducting diagnostics using an electrocardiogram and the interpretation of the obtained findings. We deal with the most common arrhythmias and their characteristic features on the ECG, and explain the most common groups of drugs that are used in the treatment of arrhythmias.
